The Premium Pass includes both the Free and Premium reward tracks, meaning these totals include all rewards you can earn from both tracks combined.

Already progressed before purchasing Premium? Your progress stays — activate the Premium Pass and you can claim the Premium rewards for the levels you've already reached.
